We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Šilak. The location was excellent, close to the old town, and free parking was a big plus. Lydia was a wonderful host, sharing plenty of helpful information and recommendations. The B&B and our room were spotless, and the breakfast was excellent. There was plenty to explore in Ptuj and the nearby towns, including wineries, biking, and hiking. Ptuj was a lovely surprise, and B&B Šilak was a great base for enjoying the area.

Lage perfekt. Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Zimmer Nr.11 für 3 Personen zum Schlafen okay aber für abendliches zusammen sitzen, wie Karten spielen oder Fernseh schauen nicht geeignet, da nur ein Stuhl vorhanden und TV lediglich im Schlafzimmer vorhanden.

Wir waren vom 1. bis 3. Oktober im B&B Silak. Wir haben unsere Ankunft per WhatsApp angekündigt und wurden beim Eintreffen herzliche vom Gastgeber empfangen. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal: Wir konnten alle zentrumsnahen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants problemlos zu Fuß besichtigen. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist auch der private Parkplatz direkt beim Haus, was die Anreise und den Aufenthalt völlig stressfrei gemacht hat. Morgens wurden wir mit einem wirklich guten Frühstück verwöhnt, das keine Wünsche offenließ. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Very hard to relax during the day in the room as there was one chair for two people

B&B Silak—It’s the people and the building that make it so special. I just spent 3 nights at B&B Silak and will gladly stay there again the next time I’m in Ptuj. The location is perfect and it’s in a beautiful old building with lots of character and lovely touches. My room and bed were extremely comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the wide assortment of fresh fruit and breads. And best of all were the wonderful hosts who far exceeded my expectations for attention to detail, suggestions for activities and sightseeing, and concern that all my needs were met and my questions answered. I’m so happy I stayed there!

Äußerst freundlicher Empfang durch Lidija Silak mit vielen wertvollen Informationen zum Kennenlernen von Ptuj. Zimmer mit Vorraum und Bad sehr geschmackvoll und mit hochwertigen Massivholzmöbeln ausgestattet. Hervorragendes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Top Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this wonderful accommodation. Our room was very comfortable with views over the river. Staff were very friendly and breakfast delicious.

Your search for a hotel in Ptuj is over; B&B Šilak is THE place to stay. The proprietors, Lidija and Jernej, are consummate hosts, and you will be well taken care of. They keep their 800-year-old historical building in immaculate condition. The rooms are clean and quiet, are well appointed with beautiful cherry wood furnishings, and there is air conditioning – quiet and individually controlled. Private parking is available for your car. Lidija serves an excellent buffet breakfast which you will have in the old barrel-vaulted cellar where it is always cool. The location is good; it is away from the main street along the Drava River, and all the town’s sites are within easy walking distance.

Our stay at B&B Silak in Ptuj was truly one of the highlights of our Slovenia trip. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and at home. The B&B itself is beautiful, full of charm, character, and thoughtful details that make the stay feel extra special. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and very well looked after. The location is perfect for exploring the historic town of Ptuj while still being peaceful and relaxing. Every morning felt calm and inviting, and it was clear how much care and pride goes into this place. What made the experience truly exceptional, though, were the people. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality can be felt in everything they do. It never felt like just another accommodation, but rather a place created with heart and passion. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We left with such fond memories and would highly recommend B&B Silak to anyone visiting Ptuj.

Odlična lokacija za ogled starega dela mesta. Prijazna lastnica z veliko inf. o ogledu mesta. Čista in prijetna nastanitev z bogatim zajtrkom. Priporočamo.

Eigene Parkplatz war super. Die Innensradt ist in 5 Minuten Spaziergang. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war vielfältig.

Zelo prijetno bivanje, prijazen sprejem in dobra hrana in prilagodljivost glede urnika prihoda. Priporočamo. :)

Perfect every times

We stayed here a few years ago and chose it again because of the positive experience. We were not disappointed. There are no distances, the city is also lovely.

Hier ist der Gast willkommen. Das Preis- Leistungsverhälnis ist sehr gut. Eine kleine saubere Unterkunft mit einer sehr freundlicher Vermieterin. Sie informiert über alles was Ptuj zu bieten hat. Auch die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente im Innenhof ist sehr einladend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist immer mit frischen Obst und Gemüse und allem was das Herz und der Gaumen sich wünschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

What a lovely suprise Pension Silak was! It's in a charming old building with a lovely courtyard garden, and the owner, Lidija, was so kind and helpful in settling us in, and also telling us a bit about the town and sightseeing. We definitely hope to stay there again!

Prelep hotel za popoln kratek oddih v centru Ptuja. Lastnica zelo prijazna in ustrezljiva.

Es war wie immer ,genau wie bestellt

Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal hier und können dieses B&B sehr empfehlen. Frau Silak ist eine sehr herzliche Person, die einem bereits beim Empfang viele Tipps zum Besuch von Ptuj und Umgebung gibt. Wir haben auch einen gedruckten Kurzführer erhalten, in dem die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten beschrieben sind. Ptuj ist auch eine gute Empfehlung für Radtouristen. Beim B&B Silak können die Fahrräder sicher im Durchgang zum Innenhof abgestellt werden. Dieser Innenhof ist ebenfalls sehr gemütlich. Hier sitzt man sehr schattig und kann ein Glas Wein genießen. Das Frühstück ist liebevoll zubereitet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind neu eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Fühlen uns immer wieder sehr wohl und kommen deshalb schon zum 6. Mal in die liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft.

Absolut traumhaft, das B&B übertraf all unsere Erwartungen, liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer, himmlisches Frühstück und eine äusserst herzliche Gastgeberin ! Wir kommen wieder !

Bilo nama je res TOP, vrhunska lokacija, vrhunski objekt, prenovljen v starinskem slogu, hrana - zajtrk, ki je na razpolago, je reees vrhunsko. Predlagala pa bi manjši hladilnik za v sobo. Lastnica objekta je izjemno prijazna, ima izjemno sposobnost predstavitve turističnih znamenitosti kraja, kar nama je bilo v izjemno pomoč. Prideva še kdaj!

Izredno prijazni lastnica in osebje. Zelo čisto, udobno, prijetno. Bogat in lepo serviran zajtrk. Čudovita lokacija, 3 minute do centra, pogled na reko, mirno. Priporočamo!

Po celou dobu pobytu velmi vstřícná a ochotná majitelka. Každé ráno připravena pestrá nabídka snídaně. V úvodu pobytu podány vyčerpávajícím způsobem informace o turistických možnostech města a okolí. I když nešlo o vyloženě turistickou sezónu (polovina května) ve městě i v okolí fungovaly veškeré restaurace, kavárny i bistra pro nás ve velmi uspokojivé míře. V tomto směru bych vyzvedl zejména rybí restauraci Gostilna Ribič, kavárnu MuziKafe a bistro Kolo (Ribnik Zabovci). Zajímavá je historie města s hradem a okolní vinice. Oblast vhodná pro cykloturistiku. Souhrnně - jednička s hvězdičkou a k tomu Hurvínek na koloběžce.

Die Unterkunft und speziell die Betreuung war super und sehr persönlich. Das Zimmer sauber und alles bestens, das Fühstück sehr gut. Wir fühlten uns sehr daheim und ausgezeichnet betreut. Lidia gibt einem auf Wunsch sehr gute Tips und Empfehlungen - wir können dieses B&B nur wärnmstens empfehlen und wünschen ihr weiterhin viel Erfolg!

Super lokacija z lepim razgledom na Dravo. Plus je ker imajo parking. Apartma zelo prostoren, cist in urejen. Imel je vse kar smo potrebovali. Postelje zelo udobne. Zajtrk je bil okusen, raznolik. Osebje je bilo zelo vljudno in ustrezljivo. Lastnica si je vzela cas za nas in nam predstavila vse znamenitosti in podala predloge za ogled z majhnimi otroki, predlagala gostilne, dala zemljevid.. zelo prijazna lastnica. Hvala !

Odlična nastanitev, v samem centru Ptuja, čisto, lepo, udobno, odličen zajtrk, zelo ustrežljivo in prijazno osebje. Priporočam!

Domaćini su bili izuzetno ljubazni. Objekat se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, na svega par minuta od središta grada i znamenitosti.
